I had trouble with my Ford Escape while on I75. I managed to get it to a Ford dealer who, without breaking a smile, said it would be six weeks before they could even look at it. I called AAMCO, Dallas said to bring it in. After a short drive and tow truck, it was dropped off. The next day he contacted me with the issues and provided a video explaining the problem. Fast forward a week. I have my car back! Dallas stayed in touch the entire way and the car was delivered as promised.

I've been going there for several years and do a very good job. They will make recommendations without pressure to get it done right away unless of course it's a critical and necessary repair service. Mike runs a great shop and I would recommend Lowe's Automotive for all auto repair needs.
