Very knowledgeable and professional. Ive been going to them since I got my drivers license (since 1991). They fix problems right the first time.

I needed to order a special tire so ordered it myself and had it shipped to Lowe's Automotive for install. Very impressed with not only the work & the time it took to install, but also how professional the staff was. Highly recommend this company.

There's a reason the owner won a National ASE award. What that doesn't say is that the whole shop follows his example of excellent skills, thoughtful and judicious suggestions for repairs and honesty that we all thought died with a past generation. If you need repairs, go here.

I think they double bill for labor, keep "not seeing" issues first time so labor bill can be duplicated for taking same things apart. Happened more than once. High prices.

I recently had a fuel leak due to a squirrel chewing through my fuel line, I could not find an appointment at any of the area Ford dealers. I was recommended by friends of family to Lowe's Auto. I spoke to Mike he advised to have it towed in ASAP and he would get it taken care. Just over 24 hrs later I was back on the road. Many thanks to Mike, Brad and the crew at Lowe's they certainly have my business going forward.
